ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs a Manager in Training we are setting you up to succeed with a career in insurance. We are looking for someone with the ability to lead that has a natural ability to sell. We can teach you the rest from there. It will be approximately a 6 month transition into leadership and you will have a team of 3 people under you. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the sales staff
  • assign call lists
  • manage numbers
  • create your own sales
  • meet with clients
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation $70,000.00 per year
